My little QH mare is a hard one to get nice fitting rugs for but I really like this one. She can be between sizes (5’9/6’0). I ordered her a 5’9 and it fits beautifully.

Really love how Gala Equine make the full hooded rugs in the little horse sizes. The 4ft 3 fits my Shetland perfectly, and has small ears, and the correct length tail bag for a pony, unlike other brands. The flag material is light and airy, perfect for the hot days. Love velcros on the hood instead of buckles or clips. Very pleased with my purchase.

Love the rug. Good fit and doesn’t rub my tbs shoulders. It’s actually cool and he doesn’t sweat in it even on very hot days. It’s stopped his coat from sun bleaching. Fabric is tougher and better quality then I expected. Would purchase again. 16hh tb and I ordered a 6ft 6 I think.

I brought this for my big17.3hh Thoroughbred who gets driven crazy by flys and I didn't want to be spraying chemicals on him daily, plus I live in hot humid tropical North Queensland, so he sweats repellent away. The rug fits him perfectly and he doesn'tsweat profusely.
