Available online only at galaequine.com.au. The discount code SAVE30 must be entered in the discount field at checkout. The discount is not applied automatically and will not be honoured after the promotion ends.

The offer is $30.00 off every eligible product in the order. The discount applies per item and stacks: two eligible products receive $60.00 off, three receive $90.00 off, and so on. The code may be used once per customer. There is no minimum spend and no minimum quantity.

Eligible products are all items in the following collections:

• Kersey Wool
• Kersey Wool Checks
• Kersey Wool Hoods
• Kersey Wool Saddle Pads

The offer excludes all products outside those collections, including Custom Made Kersey saddle pads, team and club orders, design-your-own and custom made products of any form, custom trims, custom ropes, name plates, embroidery and personalisation, special order items, and gift cards. Where an eligible product is also available in a design-your-own or customised version, the discount applies only to the standard listed product.

Embroidery and personalisation remain at full price. The discount is calculated on eligible product value only and does not apply to shipping.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code. Not valid on pre-orders. Available on in-stock items only, in non-commercial quantities, while stocks last. Sizes and colours are limited to stock on hand and may sell out during the promotion. No rainchecks and no back-orders at the discounted price. The discount will not be applied retrospectively to earlier orders.

Advertised savings are off the regular retail price of each product. Products may have been sold below the regular retail price prior to the offer. Afterpay is a payment option available at checkout subject to Afterpay's own approval and terms, and is not required to receive the discount.

If a qualifying product is returned for a refund or exchange, the $30.00 discount attributed to that product may be deducted from the refund or exchange amount. Change-of-mind returns on discounted items are accepted in line with Gala Equine's standard returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gala Equine reserves the right to verify eligibility, and to cancel, extend or amend the offer or change these terms and conditions, at any time in its sole discretion.

Exclusions include:

• Team & Club orders, including but not limited to: uniforms, saddle pads, rugs, merchandise, trophy prizes, sponsorship, bonnets, clothing.
• Custom made, design your own saddle pads of any form - traditional OR quilted.
• Custom made, design your own rugs of any form - show sets, trophy rugs, rug onlys.
• Custom made, design your own products of any form, including but not limited to: ear bonnets, shirts, sherpa boots. 
• Special order items: Items that we can order in for you such, STC stock (bits, gloves, saddle pads etc) and other items from our trusted network of suppliers.
• Items that are already reduced.
• Embroidery and personalisation remains at full price, even if the item itself is 10% off. For example, a kersey wool rug is reduced to $117 at 10% off, but the embroidery is still full price at $45 for near side only and $65 for both sides.

NO rainchecks

We cannot alter, modify, or change in anyway, orders once they are placed. 

Stock Availability

While we make every effort to ensure stock levels displayed on our website are accurate, high demand during the EOFY Sale may result in products selling out before inventory levels are updated online.

As multiple orders can be placed simultaneously, there may be occasions where an item purchased is no longer available at the time of processing. Unfortunately, this is sometimes unavoidable during major sale events.

Should an item in your order become unavailable, a member of the Gala Equine team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, including a suitable replacement, store credit, refund, or amendment to your order.

Custom & Made to Order Items - Extended Lead times

Lead times for custom, personalised, made-to-order, and supplier-order items may be extended during the EOFY Sale period due to increased order volumes across both Gala Equine and our suppliers.

While we will continue to process all custom orders as quickly as possible, customers should allow additional time for production, sourcing, and delivery, allow up to approx 8weeks.  Any estimated lead times provided are indicative only and may be subject to change.

If there are significant delays affecting your order, a member of our team will contact you directly.

Order Processing & Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders expected during the EOFY Sale, order processing and dispatch times may be longer than our standard shipping timeframes.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been dispatched. Please note that dispatch notifications may take up to 6 weeks during peak sale periods.

We kindly ask customers to refrain from emailing, calling, or messaging our team for order status updates during the sale period. This allows our team to focus on processing and dispatching orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
