Promotion Period
The EOFY Sale commences at 8am AEST for VIP subscribers and 9am for General Public.
Website Sale Access & Wishlist Mode
To help customers prepare for the EOFY Sale, the Gala Equine website will enter Wishlist Mode from 2:00pm AEST on the day prior to the sale launch.
During Wishlist Mode, customers can browse sale items and add products to their wishlist in preparation for the sale. Checkout will be disabled during this period.
At 8:00am AEST on the sale launch day, customers will be required to enter the EOFY Sale access code to unlock the website and proceed to checkout. Once the access code has been entered, customers will be able to finalise their cart and complete their purchases.
The EOFY access code will be emailed our 24hrs prior, 7am and 9am on the day of the sale. An SMS message will also be sent.
Adding items to a wishlist or cart does not reserve stock. Products are only secured once an order has been successfully completed and payment has been received. Due to the high volume of customers accessing the sale at launch, products may sell out before checkout is completed.
Eligible Products
Sale discounts apply to selected products only. Discounted products will be clearly marked on the Gala Equine website during the promotion period. No codes are required at the checkout.
Exclusions include:
NO rainchecks
We cannot alter, modify, or change in anyway, orders once they are placed.
Stock Availability
While we make every effort to ensure stock levels displayed on our website are accurate, high demand during the EOFY Sale may result in products selling out before inventory levels are updated online.
As multiple orders can be placed simultaneously, there may be occasions where an item purchased is no longer available at the time of processing. Unfortunately, this is sometimes unavoidable during major sale events.
Should an item in your order become unavailable, a member of the Gala Equine team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, including a suitable replacement, store credit, refund, or amendment to your order.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy sale period.

Custom & Made to Order Items - Extended Lead times
Lead times for custom, personalised, made-to-order, and supplier-order items may be extended during the EOFY Sale period due to increased order volumes across both Gala Equine and our suppliers.
While we will continue to process all custom orders as quickly as possible, customers should allow additional time for production, sourcing, and delivery, allow up to approx 8weeks. Any estimated lead times provided are indicative only and may be subject to change.
If there are significant delays affecting your order, a member of our team will contact you directly.
Order Processing & Shipping
Due to the high volume of orders expected during the EOFY Sale, order processing and dispatch times may be longer than our standard shipping timeframes.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been dispatched. Please note that dispatch notifications may take up to 6 weeks during peak sale periods.
We kindly ask customers to refrain from emailing, calling, or messaging our team for order status updates during the sale period. This allows our team to focus on processing and dispatching orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the increased demand and assure you that every order will be processed as soon as possible.
