Returns Policy

At Gala Equine, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you. If you need to return any full priced items purchased we will provide you a store credit; items must be returned within 7 days upon receiving your order (for international orders within 21 days of your purchase date) with postage costs to be covered by you.

If we have made a mistake, we will correct it as fast as possible and pay postage charges.

We do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing and wrong item but we can give you a store credit once we receive your returned item. If you receive a product with manufacturing fault, this will be closely revised before we can provide a full refund.

Please contact us immediately at sales@galaequie.com.au and we will issue you with a returns number. Once this is obtained please return all items:

  • In their original packaging with all tags intact. And returned within 7 days of date of purchase receipt (14 days for International orders).
  • Items must not have been worn by a horse or animal, damaged or washed.
  • Items must not have any horse make-up on them
  • Items must be returned via express post or another trackable method and the shipping is the expense of the customer. When returning Items, please enclose:
  • RA Number with an explanation of the reason for return/comments
  • Your contact details, including email address and phone number

All refund requests are subject to a 20% admin/restocking fee.

Methods of return include:

  • Australia Post 
  • Consumer discretion for International Parcels 

Custom Items & Returns: Please take extra care when ordering a custom item to ensure everything is exactly as it needs to be before confirming your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect choices. Where an item has had custom embroidery or heat press added to it, refunding/replacing the item is at the discretion of Gala Equine, and will not include the costs incurred with custom embroidery or heat press. For example, if you return a saddle pad and we offer you a store credit, it will be less the embroidery/heat press costs.
