Gala Equine proudly customises a huge range of our products, all we ask is that you provide us with the correct file format of your artwork required to provide a quality finish.

Our preferred file type is a vector file type, they can be saved as .eps, .ai or even .pdf. Vector files are usually provided by a graphic designer.

We will also accept .jpg, .png and .pdf (with editing capabilities preserved) file types as needed, but they must be 300dpi.

If your artwork does not meet the minimum requirements your artwork may be disapproved or result in a less-than-quality finished customisation. We will either contact you to receive a suitable replacement, or (if possible) offer our own reworking and digitising - but this carries additional fees which are quoted individually on each job. In some cases, we may need to cancel your order if you cannot provide a workable logo.

Gala Equine cannot accept returns or exchanges on customised items including (but not limited to): rugs, chairs, saddle pads, boots, and clothing etc, so please choose carefully. Please ensure all choices are correct as Gala Equine takes no responsibility for incorrect choices.

Please allow up to 14 business day before dispatch for custom orders, but this can be longer in times of sale or for larger orders. To avoid disappointment, please place your order or send us your enquiry with as much notice as possible.
