Gala Equine cannot accept returns or exchanges on customised items including (but not limited to): rugs, chairs, saddle pads, boots, and clothing etc, so please choose carefully. Please ensure all choices are correct as Gala Equine takes no responsibility for incorrect choices.

We take great pride in our work and like to offer all of our clients the best possible service and end product, so we respectfully ask that you give us sufficient time to customise your item for you.

Please allow up to 14 business day before dispatch for custom orders, but this can be longer in times of sale or for larger orders. To avoid disappointment, please place your order or send us your enquiry with as much notice as possible. Please also note ordering along with other in stock items, we will wait and ship your order all together.
