Exclusions include:

• Team & Club orders, including but not limited to: uniforms, saddle pads, rugs, merchandise, trophy prizes, sponsorship, bonnets, clothing.
• Custom made, design your own saddle pads of any form - traditional OR quilted.
• Custom made, design your own rugs of any form - show sets, trophy rugs, rug onlys.
• Custom made, design your own products of any form, including but not limited to: ear bonnets, shirts, sherpa boots. 
• Special order items: Items that we can order in for you such as KEP Italia helmets, STC stock (bits, gloves, saddle pads etc) and other items from our trusted network of suppliers.
• Items that are already reduced.
• Embroidery and personalisation remains at full price, even if the item itself is 10% off. For example, a kersey wool rug is reduced to $117 at 10% off, but the embroidery is still full price at $45 for near side only and $65 for both sides.

Lead times on customisation during a sale period may be 3-4wks or longer.

We cannot alter, modify, or change in anyway, orders once they are placed.
