Customer service was fabulous, shipping to the UK was super fast and the quality of the materials and workmanship is top class. Will def buy again. I had to make one small modification to the hood as it was a bit loose on my horses head but he is very fine and I wouldn't expect one rug to fit all and just thrilled with the rug. We can't get cotton rugs here anymore really but they are the best for hot horses!
