  • Can I use Zip-Pay?

Most defiantly! For now we have just removed it from our website.  If you wish to pay using this option simply add it to your order notes when ordering through the website and one of our admin team will process this for you.

  • Can I can I customise my order?

We are happy to customise products that are in our range.  From embroidery of your business/sponsors logo to your horses name there is not much that we can not add for you.  To add this option please select the "add embroidery" option in shop front and it will prompt you to the notes section where you can let us know what you would like.

 

  •  How do I place an order? 

We have put in a huge amount of work to ensure that our website provides our customers with the most effective and simple shopping solutions available. When ordering through our website, you can guarantee that your order will be processed with the highest of urgency, postage is calculated automatically and you will be advised when we do not have stock.  Placing an order with us is easy once you have selected the products that you would like click "Add to cart" Anytime that you would like to check on the products that you have ordered simply click on the My Cart icon in the top right hand corner.  You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.  Its is our most efficient way to purchase from our business. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally.  We use standard AUS post and shipping quotes can be generated when processing your order on-line. 

  • What is the sizing like?

We find that our sizing is true to size when it comes to Australian rug measurements.  If you still have questions in relation to fit please use our contact page. 

  • Product is not available?

Our sizes and styles are limited so to avoid missing our on a particular item please make sure you keep an eye on our social media pages, and sign up to our mailing list.  Our items can sell out within hours and we can not guarantee to get the same items restocked.  We will however do our best to restock "Popular Items" 

  • Do you have a store?

Gala Equine is on-line only at the moment.  We have made it as easy and affordable as we can so you can shop on-line in the comfort of your own home

  • Can I return an item?

Please refer to our terms and conditions in relation to returning items.
